Terms and Conditions for "Who Calls Me" mobile application

Welcome to Who Calls Me, a service provided by M2M Connect OU ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Who Calls Me mobile application (the "App") and related services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the App or Services.

1. Use of the Services

By using the Services, you agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Services.
• Not use the Services to engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

2. Account and Access

To use the Services, you must provide a valid mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information you provide, including your mobile number, and for any activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

3. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted access to the Services; however, we do not guarantee that the App or Services will always be available or error-free. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may occasionally restrict access to the Services.

4. Verification of Business Calls

The App provides a service to display the name and logo of verified businesses calling you. M2M Connect OU makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of this information, but we do not guarantee that every call will be correctly identified. Businesses must be registered and verified in our system to appear with their name and logo.

5. Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your information when you use the Services.

6. Data Usage

The App may use a small amount of mobile data (usually below 1 MB/day) to retrieve and display business logos. By using the App, you acknowledge and accept that data charges may apply based on your mobile data plan.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App and Services, including the design, features, and content, are owned by M2M Connect OU or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

M2M Connect OU is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Services, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the use of the App or Services is limited to the amount you paid (if any) to use the Services.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and by continuing to use the Services after such modifications, you agree to the revised Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App and Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App and Services will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Estonia to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.
